Meet Juneau and Anchorage Injury Attorney Paul L. Dillon

Paul L. Dillon is a founding member of the Dillon and Findley, P.C. He first came to Alaska in the early 1970’s, prior to attending law school. During that sojourn, he commercially fished and traveled throughout the state. His love for Alaska brought him back following his graduation from law school. Paul received his B.A. in 1972 from Windham College. He received his juris doctorate from Fordham University in 1979. Following his graduation from Fordham, Paul moved to Juneau, Alaska where he practiced with a statewide commercial firm. In 1990, he left that firm to form Dillon & Findley, P.C.

Paul’s legal interests are centered on complex civil litigation with a particular interest in class action litigation involving insurance disputes and insurance bad faith. He has earned a reputation for aggressively litigating extremely difficult and complex cases including large class action cases involving hundreds of class members, medical malpractice actions, and toxic exposure cases. While he enjoys complex civil litigation, Mr. Dillon’s practice remains grounded in assisting his statewide neighbors with their legal problems.

Paul has strong community ties throughout the State of Alaska. Each year, through his oversight, Dillon & Findley, P.C. sponsors a local indoor soccer tournament and other educational and sports related activities. Paul has taught classes at the local high school in Juneau and teaches constitutional law at the University of Alaska’s southeast campus.
