Experienced Alaska Litigation Attorneys
Effective and quality representation
Dillon & Findley was founded in 1990 as a litigation law firm serving clients throughout Alaska. We have built a strong reputation for professionalism, ethical conduct and successful outcomes.
Our attorneys are skilled at effectively and efficiently resolving disputes. Dillon & Findley has been behind precedent-setting litigation that has shaped Alaska oil and gas law, tort law, insurance bad faith, and employment law. We have resolved numerous cases in excess of a million dollars. We have successfully litigated complex ad valorem taxation issues including a complex multi-billion dollar valuation of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System. We were local counsel for the State of Alaska in the successful litigation against the tobacco industry and have prevailed in several large class action cases against the insurance industry.
Having had the opportunity to flourish here in Alaska, we believe in giving back to our communities and to our profession in the form of continuing legal education, service to the Alaska Bar Association and commitment to providing legal services to those less fortunate.
Our firm is AV® Preeminent(TM) Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, which is the highest legal and ethical rating obtained from that authority. Dillon & Findley attorneys are listed on the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers™ by Martindale-Hubbell® and The Best Lawyers in America and Alaska Super Lawyers. One member of the firm is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
